With over 20 years of experience as a medical doctor, I believe the key to optimal health and wellbeing, is to take a holistic approach, considering the whole person within the broader context of their life.

Whilst living in Australia, I gained first hand experience of juggling a professional career with raising two young (and very active!) children. Life was  filled with constant “doing” and as a result, I was starting to feel tired and disconnected.
