HOW IT WORKS
Book an intial discovery call, to chat and explore how I can best support you.
Complete a health & wellbeing questionnaire, to further identify the areas for potential development. If you have something specific that you would like to work on, we can absolutely do this.
Together, we will then create a bespoke programme, that is specifically tailored to your needs and goals.
For example, you may choose to have 4 sessions comprising a mixture of mental wellbeing and personal growth work, or you may want 6 comprehensive sessions working through all of the wellbeing areas.
The programmes incorporate the relevant skills of lifestyle medicine, transformative coaching, acceptance & commitment therapy and NLP, as appropriate.
I also offer stand alone lifestyle medicine consultations (see below for details) or coaching sessions.

Lifestyle medicine consultation
These sessions primarily focus on preventing or optimising lifestyle-related diseases (such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure etc) through healthy nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep and reducing harmful substance use.
*Please note all prescribing and routine medical care must be via your regular GP.
If you would like to live a longer, healthier life - then this is for you.
