It helps individuals uncover and overcome limiting beliefs, habits, and mindsets, empowering them to make lasting changes in their lives. Together, we’ll design a personalised programme or set of sessions tailored to your unique needs.

Each session is person-centred, employing a coaching-style approach focused on goal-setting, self-exploration, and prompting deeper reflection. This process is designed to increase self-awareness and support meaningful change.

Sessions may incorporate aspects of Lifestyle medicine, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), as appropriate. (Please refer to the FAQ for further details on these approaches.)

  • A key component of our work together is the way we collaborate. To ensure you get the most out of our sessions, it’s essential that we maintain an approach that works for you.

At the beginning of each session, I will check in with you to see what is or isn’t working, and we’ll adjust our approach accordingly.

It’s important to emphasise that our work is centred around your needs. I take a non-directive role, acting as a facilitator to prompt exploration and self-discovery.

Payment is requested at the start of our sessions. Should you decide to discontinue our work together, I kindly ask for at least two weeks' notice. A discretionary refund may be provided for any unused sessions.

If you are unable to attend a session, I kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. If notice is not provided, full payment may be required for the session.
